               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b><u>Preventative Maintenance Project Administrator</b></u><BR><BR>Seeking a strong, results oriented individual to partner closely with the preventative maintenance technicians to map equipment lubrication routes as well as gather critical data needed to implement new maintenance management program.  <BR><BR><b>Express Employment Professionals</b> has been able to help people find jobs and help businesses find the people and human resource services they need for the past 25 years. We accomplish this mission through a network of over 600 locations in the United States, Canada, South Africa and Australia.<BR><BR><b><u>Project goals and functions include:</b></u><BR><li>Communicate with lubrication technicians to identify lubrication points, routes and frequency <BR><li>Verify lubrication points on certain components, such as motors and pumps<BR><li>Utilize Excel to create spreadsheets for equipment information<BR><li>Obtain area component numbering hierarchy tree<BR><li>Create a location hierarchy tree <BR><li>Complete missing lubrication information on components without lubrication information<BR><li>Develop lubrication task mapping and trend and observations<BR><li>Sequence lubrication tasks within routes<BR><li>Import data into Tango program <BR><li>Identify a feasible hand-held device<BR><li>Make improvement changes<BR><BR><b><u>Qualifications/Requirements:</b></u><BR><li>Prior experience working in positions such as maintenance planning or preventative/predictive maintenance, reliability engineering <BR><li>Experience working in a manufacturing environment required <BR><li>Experience working maintenance management systems such as MAXIMO <BR><li>Strong computer skills – MS Excel and Visio <BR><li>Experience with process mapping <BR><li>Must be well organized and comfortable working independently <BR><li>Must be able to walk/stand/climb stairs during 8 hour shifts <BR><BR><b><u>TO APPLY</b></u><BR>Please submit an application online at http://longviewwa.expresspros.com.  and follow up with a phone call to 360.414.1200 between the hours of <b>7:30am – 5:00pm Mon. – Fri</b>.<BR><BR><b>NO AFTER HOUR CALLS PLEASE, THIS IS AN EMERGENCY ONLY LINE</b></font></td>
