<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>A local aerospace and electronics company has an exciting career for a Customer Account Manager (CAM). The CAM has the primary responsibility for managing the customer business relationship with commercial and military OEM customers while mitigating risk and liability. This position is involved in new proposals, customer strategies and managing the critical/key activities with all of OEM customers. The role requires the ability to work with peer groups to ensure that the needs of the customer are being met, flow down of customer requirements is timely and accurate, and the Voice of the Customer is communicated and drives the internal organizationA?s behavior. The position is the key to maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction.<BR><BR>Duties include:<BR>- Compliance with established company and Aerospace Group Instruction System (AGIS) business processes and for driving common processes and procedures utilizing standard work and lean office tools.<BR>- Successful negotiation of major business agreements, LTAs, contractual disputes, pricing agreements and major contract changes.<BR>- Contract requirements flow-down, ensuring that contract requirements are known and communicated to the appropriate functional groups; monitors contract performance to assure compliance.<BR>- Forecasts sales rates and determines anticipated demand; coordinates with the Demand Management and Forecasting group to understand specific customer or market segment requirements.<BR>- Maintains responsibility for tracking and recovering all customer claims; facilitates efficient communication and mediates customer disputes.<BR>- Contributes positively as a team member with the OEM team and Finance to develop and execute acceptable business cases and winning strategies for new business. <BR>- Acts effectively as a customer champion and advocate; understands and communicates current and future customer needs and expectations; establishes and maintains strong relationships at all levels within the customer organization <BR><BR> <b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>Experience: Five years' experience in business management, program management, sales & marketing or strategic partnering in an Aerospace environment. Experience in International Business (depending on account assignment) and strong industry knowledge.<BR>Education/Certification: BachelorA?s Degree (or equivalent) in Business Management/Administration or relevant field of study. <BR>Knowledge: Analytical skills and disciplines in support of business planning, strategy development/deployment, relationship management and conflict resolution.<BR>Skills: Successful history in identifying, targeting, negotiating and winning profitable business; demonstrated ability to manage large, complex aerospace proposals and contracts.<BR>Eligibility Requirement: Must be a US Person (under ITAR rules) to be eligible for this position. <BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>MBA Preferred<BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Monday through Friday; 8 am - 5 pm<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>DOE/DOQ<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/ DEADLINE:</b><BR>Until filled<BR> <BR><b>HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Report in person with this Job Order Number to your nearest WorkSource office.
