               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>An electronics and assembly company in Lynnwood has an exciting career opportunity for a Facilities Technician. <BR><BR>Duties include:<BR>Installs, maintains, and repairs industrial manufacturing equipment (Including motors, generators, pumps, water heaters, lasers, CNC circuit board assemble machinery, lathes, mills, punch, brake, welders etc.), power distribution systems (including 60 and 400Hz up to 480VAC), and physical structures in the aerospace manufacturing environment. Other duties include but not limited to general maintenance duties unrelated to technical skill set, hazardous materials response team participation, on-call emergency response, project management pertaining to facilities operations, perform all work according to appropriate mechanical electrical and safety codes, participate in team projects outside of the facilities department.<BR>- Estimate projects time and materials, plan and manage application with minimal supervision.<BR>- Write Purchase order requisitions for parts and materials receive and inspect to ensure accuracy.<BR>- Maintain equipment according to manufacturerA?s recommendations and facilities computerized maintenance management system procedures<BR>- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.<BR>- Complete work in accordance with all building electrical and safety codes.<BR>- Maintain electrical distribution systems and manufacturing equipment.<BR>- Perform other general maintenance and facilities jobs or projects unrelated to the primary responsibilities of the position.<BR>- Participate as a member of the ELDEC facilities emergency response team.<BR>- Participate in company team projects (process improvement i.e. Kaizen events)<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Education/Certification: Minimum 4 yrs. experience in related field as an electrician and/or electromechanical technician.<BR>- High school education required. 2 yr. degree, journeyman apprenticeship or trade school preferred<BR>- Valid driver license required<BR>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:<BR>- Knowledge in power distribution systems installation and service<BR>- Trouble-shoot and repair electrical systems and production equipment using meters, clamps, shunts, thermal imagers, tracers, etc., schematics and ladder diagrams<BR>- Mechanical skills in equipment repairs requiring bearing or lead screws replacement, alignments and modifications.<BR>- Knowledge of NEC and application<BR>- Excellent interpersonal communication skills<BR>- Ability to work on ladders and lifts<BR>- Requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.<BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Monday through Friday; 8 am A? 5 pm<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>DOE/DOQ; Excellent benefits<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/ DEADLINE:</b><BR>Until filled<BR> <BR><b>HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Report in person with this Job Order Number to your nearest WorkSource office.  Bring in your resume or work history showing you meet all requirements.  Applicants will be screened according to the job requirements listed above.  The employer has requested a limited number of candidates for this position.
