               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b>   <BR>A fashion oriented apparel store in Lynnwood is seeking a FULL-TIME SALES LEADER to ensure an exceptional customer experience.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Must be able to network and recruit associate level candidates<BR>- Ensure great store appearance and merchandise presentation<BR>- Ability to coach and maximize the abilities of all associates<BR>- Ability to properly schedule associates to optimize store payroll<BR>- Must have strong communication, supervisory and customer service skills<BR>- 1 year of retail experience<BR>- High school diploma / GED / or equivalent<BR>- Must be able to work and succeed in a team environment<BR>- Ability to handle multiple projects and to complete tasks with interruptions for assisting customers<BR>- Ability to reach, push, pull, stand, squat, and bend for up to 4 hours a day<BR>- Ability to use common hand tools<BR>- Able to operate computerized register<BR>- Must be able to meet store banking requirements and to respond to store alarm problems as needed<BR>- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs<BR>- Able to climb an 8 foot ladder<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>- Bachelors degree<BR>- Management experience<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>- 40 hours per week<BR>- Must have open and flexible work schedule<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>- Wages are based on experience<BR>- Monthly bonus potential<BR>- Benefits include: Medical, Vision, 401k, Stock Purchase Plan, Life, and Paid Vacation<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b><BR>- Position is open until filled<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY / REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Report in person with this Job Order Number to your nearest WorkSource office.  Bring in your resume or work history showing you meet all requirements.  Applicants will be screened according to the job requirements listed above.  The employer has requested a limited number of candidates for this position.
