               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>A company in Lynnwood is seeking an INDIRECT SALES REPRESENTATIVE to meet and exceed regional sales objectives through the management and implementation of all sales, marketing, merchandising, and advertisting / promotional programs for maintiaining and growing customer base.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- 2 years of sales, marketing, training, and / or customer service experience <BR>- Associates degree or equivalent work experience <BR>- PC proficiency in Microsoft Office <BR>- Superior organizational, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and operations skills <BR>- Prior successful sales track record and proven leadership ability <BR>- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, customer and team-oriented work environment <BR>- Proven success in customer resolution / satisfaction and complex problem-solving<BR>- Candidates should have excellent decision-making and leadership skills, and possess the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales objectives <BR>- Ability to present to various audiences<BR>- Must have clean driving record and reliable transportation for making multiple stops and to reach destinations within limited time frames<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>- 40 hours per week<BR>- Flexible work schedule Monday through Sunday<BR>- Contract Position that ends March 2013<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>- $13 to $15 per hour plus driving / gas reimbursement of $0.55 / per mile<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/ DEADLINE:</b><BR>- Position is open until filled<BR> <BR><b>HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Report in person with this Job Order Number to your nearest WorkSource office.  Bring in your resume or work history showing you meet all requirements.  Applicants will be screened according to the job requirements listed above.  The employer has requested a limited number of candidates for this position.
