Learn more atwww.genzyme.com.<BR><BR>Manufacturing Technician<BR>Location: Northpointe Facility-Lynnwood, WA<BR>This position is in support of the Downstream production (Purification) of a biotech product. Downstream production (Purification) is a challenging, team-based work environment. <BR><BR>Major responsibilities include:<BR>Operation of production equipment, including HPLC, Solvent Buffer Preparation Module and CIP systems<BR>?  Aseptic operations in a Laminar Flow Bench<BR>?  Buffer preparation and filtration<BR>?  Support activities, including cleaning, equipment preparation and autoclaving<BR>?  Equipment maintenance, both routine and corrective<BR>?  Documentation of activities in Batch Records, logsheets and logbooks<BR>?  Use of computer systems, including SAP, Maximo and MS Access<BR><BR><BR>Basic Qualifications:<BR>BS degree in the Sciences, including Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering with 0-4 years experience or 4 plus years of relevant work experience in a GMP production environment.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Job: Manufacturing & Development                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      </font></td>
