               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">PHONE SYSTEM / OUTSIDE SERVICE TECHNICIAN<BR>Leading Technology Company is looking for a full time Phone Technician. This person will work in a fast paced 24/7 team environment providing phone system installations, support, repair and training services for our expanding customer base in the western Washington area. We need an independent, results-driven individual possessing the ability to assess a situation, clearly communicate alternative solutions, and reliably solve a complex situation to the customer’s satisfaction. Do you have the ability and experience to perform detailed planning and risk mitigation to ensure projects are completed on time? This position provides excellent Pay + Benefits. Benefits are available following a 90 day probation period. Benefits include: Health, Dental, Vision, & Simple IRA<BR>Major Responsibilities:<BR>• Direct communications with customers for the purpose of identifying and resolving problems.<BR>• Programming of Avaya digital or VOIP phone systems to customers’ needs.<BR>• Installing hardware for new installation as well as additions to existing installations.<BR><BR>Requirements<BR>• Must have past experience as a phone service technician (one year minimum)<BR>• Dependable Transportation and valid WA state driver’s license (work truck a bonus)<BR>• Avaya certification (preferred)<BR>• Certifications in other phone systems such as Nortel, Cisco, Mitel, NEC, are helpful <BR>• Ability to manage an always changing, multi-job schedule <BR>• Solid hands-on experience and knowledge of: <BR>o Data networks including configuring switches and firewalls <BR>o Phone system installation and integration with data networking <BR>o Complete understanding of voice and data cabling.<BR>o Basic understanding of Microsoft software applications. <BR>o Phone system programming.<BR><BR>You will receive a link to an online assessment if you apply now.  This assessment will take 10 minutes to complete.
