               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">A leading collection company is seeking candidates for a STAFF ACCOUNTANT/ BOOKEEPER to work within their finance team.<BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>- P&L and Balance Sheet Reports<BR>- Accurate Financial Reporting<BR>- Bank reconciliations<BR>- Application of cash receipts (A/R)<BR>- Processing vendor invoices and payments (A/P)<BR>- GL Account reconciliations (G/L)<BR>- Manual journal entries and accruals (G/L)<BR>- Monthly Banking Reconciliations (G/L)<BR>- Month-end preparation, processing, closing, reporting (G/L)<BR>- Federal/State Monthly, Quarterly and Annual return preparation<BR>- Federal individual tax returns<BR>- Complex problem solving skills<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Bachelors degree in business, communications or other related field (preference given)<BR>- 4 years experience applying financial accounting practices<BR>- Expert in QuickBooks Pro Software<BR>- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications<BR>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>- Full Time position, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>- Wages are DOE and DOQ<BR>- Benefits include:  Medical, Dental, Vacation after 90 days of satisfactory employment<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/ DEADLINE:</b><BR>- Position is open until filled or closed by the employer<BR> <BR><b>HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Report in person with this Job Order Number to your nearest WorkSource office.  Bring in your resume or work history showing you meet all requirements.  Applicants will be screened according to the job requirements listed above.  The employer has requested a limited number of candidates for this position.
