               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>A local aerospace and electronics company that supplies critical systems and components to the aerospace and defense markets has career opportunities for four Strategic Account Executives in Seattle, US East coast and two open locations. The SAE develops and maintains a close, trusted, and effective relationships with their designated customers, serving as the main interface to effectively manage and grow their accounts.  She/he is responsible for facilitating smooth and effective communications and transactions between the company and the customer. <BR><BR>Duties include:<BR>- Complete customer immersion.  Enhance customer intimacy via strategic customer management and influence at all levels across customer organization. <BR>- Develop a A?customer focused strategyA? which leverages all available company assets to position the company to win with the customer.  Complete customer ownership and advocacy.   <BR>- Understand and communicate customer needs to the Business Units.  Coordinate an optimum response and activities which drive continual improvement in customer scorecard metrics.<BR>- Assess strategic opportunities with the customer and advise company executives and Solution leaders on the best ways to invest company time and resources to optimize the outcomes with the customer.<BR>- Identify new opportunities, promote products and capabilities and work with the Business Development team to coordinate winning proposals.<BR>- Develop new platform strategies to maximize content on the aircraft. Responsible for profitable sales growth with key customer.<BR>- Contract negotiations to ensure favorable and consistent terms.<BR>- Collect market data and provide analysis that guide strategy formation.  Track issues, organization changes, new developments, key programs, score card, organizational charts and key contacts.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>Education/Certification: <BR>- Bachelor's Degree in a business and/or engineering discipline required. <BR>Experience:<BR>- 15+ years of progressively increasing business development / program management experience with technical products in the aerospace/defense industry. Management of a significant key account of similar scale required.  <BR>- Extensive customer relationships with key accounts preferred. <BR>- Experience in working with and managing multi-division customers and multi-Solution (Business Unit) company within a matrix environment.<BR>Knowledge:<BR>- Working level understanding of aircraft / engine systems.  Contract negotiation and relationship development. <BR>Skills:<BR>- Strong business acumen and business development skills. <BR>- Strong presentation and communication skills.<BR>- Self-motivated, independent and disciplined. <BR>Working Conditions:<BR>- Requires up to 60% travel.<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>MBA preferred. <BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>DOE/DOQ; Excellent benefits<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/ DEADLINE:</b><BR>Until filled<BR> <BR><b>HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Report in person with this Job Order Number to your nearest WorkSource office.  Bring in your resume or work history showing you meet all requirements.  Applicants will be screened according to the job requirements listed above.  The employer has requested a limited number of candidates for this position.
