               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the Business Operations team. Provides expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting analysis. Provides financial analysis and projections to all levels within the organization in support of functional business objectives. Manages workflow, staffing, recruitment, and performance management of the Finance team. Customarily and regularly directs the work of at least two or more other full-time employees or their equivalent. This position will be key in data mining and creating analysis tools that enhances the end users visibility to the business.<BR><BR>Tasks:<BR>- Coordinates the daily workflow, assigning tasks and supervising a<BR>team.<BR>- Provides knowledge and guidance to staff in areas of expertise.<BR>- Analyzes financial and operational data/performance metrics,<BR>communicates findings and risks, and makes suggestions to improve the<BR>process.<BR>- Ensures compliance with processes, policies, and procedures and<BR>recommends changes to leadership.<BR>- Recruits, hires, trains, and manages the performance of the Finance<BR>team.<BR>- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters<BR>of significance.<BR>- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
