               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b>   <BR>A local retail company is currently hiring for a Part-Time RETAIL SALES CONSULTANT in Marysville.  This position has potential to become Full-Time employment.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Ability to use selling techniques for selling internet, cable and phone services<BR>- Report daily sales activity to management <BR>- Retail functions including ordering, receiving, maintaining inventory and merchandising<BR>- Processing of monthly bill payments for internet, phone and cable services<BR>- Completes opening and closing procedures of retail store <BR>- Operate Point of Sale terminal and balances cash drawers <BR>- Prepare bank deposits, forms, reports and processes payment for night depository<BR>- Able to follow all safety and security procedures as outlined in company procedures<BR>- 1 year of sales and customer service experience within the last five years <BR>- Cashiering, inventory & shipping / stocking experience<BR>- Computer / keyboard skills<BR>- Requires strong sales skills and provides excellent customer service in a courteous and tactful manner<BR>- Ability to stand for long periods of time<BR>- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced retail sales environment. <BR>- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide<BR>- Must be able to read and write legibly<BR>- Frequent lifting up to 20 pounds; occasional lifting to 50 pounds <BR>- Must be able to work any assigned hours<BR>- Attend training which may be away from the home location<BR>- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a background check<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>- College credits or degree desired<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>- 25 to 30 hours per week to start with potential for Full-Time after probation period<BR>- Store hours are Monday-Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm Saturdays 11:00am - 4:00 pm.  Sundays may be required during seasonal events<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>- Associates may earn an average of $25,000 to $30,000 per year (salary plus commission), however, there is potential to earn $35,000+ per year with Full-Time employment<BR><BR><b> CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b><BR>- Position is open until filled<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY / REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Report in person with this Job Order Number to your nearest WorkSource office.  Bring in your resume or work history showing you meet all requirements.  Applicants will be screened according to the job requirements listed above.  The employer has requested a limited number of candidates for this position.
