               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b>   <BR>A local hardware retail store in Marysville is hiring a self motivated Sales Associate.  This employer has great opportunities for advancement within the company for those who are interested.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Must have Vast Knowledge of hardware, plumbing, and lumber products<BR>- Knowledge of how to build decks and how to utilize building materials<BR>- Must have the ability to mix paint<BR>- Must have exceptional customer service skills<BR>- Ability to operate a cash register and handle money<BR>- Stocking merchandise and helping customers with products<BR>- Ability to multi-task<BR>- Able to lift up to 50 lbs<BR>- Must be 18 years of age<BR>- Available to work weekends<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>- 40 hours per week<BR>- Shifts vary Monday through Friday between 7 AM to 6 PM, Saturday shifts are 8 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday shifts are 9 AM to 3 PM  <BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>- $12 to $16 per hour based on experience<BR>- 401k, medical, paid holidays<BR><BR><b> CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b><BR>- Position is open until filled<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY / REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Report in person with this Job Order Number to your nearest WorkSource office.  Bring in your resume or work history showing you meet all requirements.  Applicants will be screened according to the job requirements listed above.  The employer has requested a limited number of candidates for this position.
