               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:  * 1-2 years of college or equivalent work experience.    * Should have formal course work in meat safety and sanitation requirements for retail operations.    * Have background in culinary work experience specific to meat products.  * 6-8 years of retail food store experience with 3+ years of experience as a Meat Manager/Culinary Manager having direct responsibility for those operations.   * Prior experience in the merchandising and sales of meat products, culinary management and work experience.    * Should have experience in the merchandising of ethnic meat products.  * Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the retail meat industry including products, vendors, market pricing factors, quality indicators and merchandising requirements.    * Have knowledge of the Meat Division's purchasing, computer programs and available data to assist member in fully utilizing services.  * Effective oral and written communication skills, demonstrated ability to act as a problem solver throughout a broad range of store operations.    * Have strong phone selling skills.    * Valid driver's license and proof of insurance coverage.    * Must have promotional ability to set up and run effective sales booths at Food Shows, Expo and industry trade shows.    JOB DUTIES:    * Advises and assists retail store operators to improve their meat operations, customer service and sales; assist retailers with the proper execution of merchandising programs to maximize sales growth.     * Serve as a communications link between main office and retail stores; provide assistance regarding overall operation of meat sections, schematics, sales, gross margins, ad preparation, shrink control, etc.    * Strong influence with culinary expertise for restaurant trade that shop at our retail stores.    EMPLOYER COMMENTS:  * Pass a physical exam after job offer, drug test, background check and DMV records check                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             </font></td>
