               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:  * Must have at least One (1) year Installing HVAC in Retro Fix, Commercial, or New Construction homes.  * High School diploma or GED  * Have a Valid ODL (able to drive company vehicles to pick up parts)  * Strong work ethic (honesty, accountability, and integrity)  * Team Player (able to work in diverse work force)  * Clean cut, shaven, shower daily (working in customers homes, we must have a professional look)  * Excellent Customer Service Skills (we pride ourselves in our customer service for our customers. Just say "Yes" attitude!)    EMPLOYER COMMENTS:  We are a local, family-owned and operated HVAC company in the Portland Metro Area.
