               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:  * 4+ years' experience in IT Sales.  * Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task.  * IBM  Sales Certifications in Storage, Servers and Software   * Working experience of the IBM Sales Channel  * Strong negotiation skills in verbal and written communication.  * Excellent customer service and account management skills.  * Superior presentation skills in formal settings before small and large groups.  * Ability to successfully match client needs to appropriate product solutions.  * Managed Services with Sales Experience  * Cloud Computing Knowledge with Sales Experience  * VMware Sales Experience  * Oracle, HP, Quantum Sales knowledge with Experience  * NetApp, Hitachi Sales knowledge with Experience  * Active driver's license with a reliable automobile and the ability to drive to accounts  * Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, and Manufacture Partner Portals    JOB DUTIES:  * Meet or exceed gross profit quota set by the sales manager.  * Provide superior customer service to current and future customers.  * Develop and maintain relationships with leads and existing accounts to maximize sales opportunities.  * Maintain professional relationships with vendors, partners, and customers.  * Maintain CRM database with required information on a consistent basis.  * Proactively pursue leads, follow-up, and document accordingly.  * Strengthen and develop active accounts by making regular sales calls and follow-ups.   * Ensure that contracts are effectively negotiated regarding terms and discounts.  * Participate in sales meetings.  * Participate in marketing events and training seminar/webinars.   * Maintain expertise of industry trends of customers and associated solutions.  * Maintain a record of all certifications achieved.    EMPLOYER COMMENTS:  ** Must be able to pass random drug test and back ground check   Compensation **    We are a IBM Premier Business partner established in 1983, is a nationally recognized IT Infrastructure Solutions Provider.
