               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:  * High school diploma or equivalent  * At least 3 months previous radio board operating experience  * Able to multi-task and handle light production duties  * Must be willing to work overnights and weekends.    PREFERRED:  * Experience with Prophet Systems' NexGen Automation is preferred, as is experience with digital editing in programs such as Adobe Audition.    JOB DUTIES:  * Board operator duties, including light production for local Christian talk/teaching station    EMPLOYER COMMENTS:  All candidates must be team players with strong moral character and integrity.    HOURS:  Part time, on call positions.
