               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:   * High School Diploma or equivalent is required  * An accredited apprenticeship in Precision Machining is required, including a minimum of 30 credit hours of machine technology courses  * Minimum of 3 years experience in jig bore and OD / ID grind  * Minimum 5 years experience with jig grind and surface grind  * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment  * Excellent mechanical aptitude  * Must be capable of performing machine operations to close tolerances (+/- .0001)  * Must be able to read and understand blueprints  * Excellent interpersonal skills  * Demonstrated teamwork skills   * Machining skills using manual mills, lathes, grinders and other machinist tools    JOB DUTIES:  * Support precision tooling and machine components by using OD/ID, Jig, and Surface grinders  * Capable of reading and positioning collars to within .0001/inch  * Proper machine set ups including power feed stops, head stops and wheel length  * Demonstrate the ability to grind flat, square, and parallel, and maintain grinders  * Drill, counter bore, bore, ream, and countersink holes  * Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
