<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree required; Major in Business Management, Purchasing and/or Supply Chain Management * 5+ years of Procurement/Sourcing experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment * Experience in a global multinational, corporate environment * Proficient in SAP and MS Office Suite ( Word, Excel, & Outlook ) * Expertise in a broad range of procurement activities, including inventory and supply chain management, and technical sourcing projects requiring close interaction with functional areas such as Engineering and Quality * Demonstrated ability to develop and implement robust, creative commodity sourcing strategies, resulting in measurable reductions in spending * Recognized leadership throughout the industry for implementing best practices in strategic sourcing, vendor relationship management, and supply chain management * Ability to lead and influence change in the face of complexity * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Public speaking skills, including the ability to effectively present information to peers and senior management * Excellent stakeholder management skills * Must be able to work successfully in a team environment PREFERRED: * APICS certification highly desired * Certifications CPM/CPSM, CPIM/CSCP or equivalent JOB DUTIES: * Support the execution of strategic sourcing activities for products, leveraging industry best practices * Proactively resolve problems with vendors and internal customers, such as material shortages, quality issues, using organizational savvy and problem-solving skills * Help coordinate the transformation of strategic sourcing and supply chain functions * Work closely with global resources to develop and execute lowest cost sourcing plans * Drive and be accountable for key sourcing metrics - Price, Quality, Logistics, Innovation, Risk * Develop partnership programs with suppliers to address PQLIR, Total Cost Ownership, and continuous improvement * Follow The Company sourcing process in RFP/RFQ preparation and implementation, contract negotiation, and management * Stay informed about new products and processes, making recommendations for those that could be beneficial to the Company * Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure their fulfillment of contractual obligations * Collaborate and proactively communicate with internal stakeholders regarding supplier selection decisions * Help communicate plans, goals, and objectives through team meetings at all levels * Maintain all sourcing data within SAP as it pertains to assigned products/spend categories and suppliers EMPLOYERS COMMENTS: * Pass physical exam after job offer, drug test and background check </font></td>
