               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:  * 5 years Journey level Die Maker, or 10 years of experience working in tooling component fabrication   * Experience working with carbide highly desired   * Completion of accredited Tool & Die Apprenticeship program or equivalent   * High School Diploma or GED required  * Thorough knowledge and understanding of the blanking process.  * Project Management Skills    * Mechanical ability, manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required to fabricate, repair and/or grind various parts or tools using drawings and instructions  * Knowledge of machine shop theory and procedures and machinability of materials (e.g., cutting speed and feed rates for material being machined)   * Operate computing equipment to access job information (e.g., drawings, specifications and other online information systems)  * Understand the application of technical documents/information such as machine/equipment manuals and safety documentation.   * Work with others as part of a team which includes giving and receiving feedback, assisting others in completion of tasks; possess interpersonal, listening, and participation skills  * Ability to rotate through 3 different shifts and flexible working hours  * Proficient with Outlook    JOB DUTIES:  * Build progressive dies and tooling components to support manufacturing division  * Precision surface grind, assemble and detail die components  * Operate precision equipment including surface grinders, mill, lathe, drill press and saws  * Coordinate and manage die build projects including scheduling, routing and ordering components not made in-house  * Provide technical support for manufacturing division, including assisting, directing and training peers  * Record keeping of die building and debug development  * Other duties as assigned  * Support punch press department  * Provide technical assistance to design department    EMPLOYER COMMENTS:  We have an exceptional Die Maker opportunity at our Portland Manufacturing Facility.      We are an exciting place to work with challenging and rewarding projects, and we are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Company.  The successful candidate will build new and rebuild existing tooling, gauges, and fixtures to support Divisional needs and requirements to ensure high quality products for our customers.    ** Pass a physical exam after job offer, drug test and background check                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           </font></td>
