               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>A local hospital is hiring a Staff RN - Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit (MSTU) for a full time position working 12-hour night shifts.<BR><BR>Duties include:<BR>- Assess plans, organize, implement and evaluate individualized, professional patient care to pediatric through geriatric parties within the MSTU.<BR>- Provide nursing care as directed by medical staff and in accordance with the objectives and the state Nurse Practice Act.<BR>- Participate in patient teaching and discharge planning.<BR>- Demonstrate knowledge, skills and critical thinking ability required to function on the unit and to respond to rapidly changing patient needs.<BR>- Use an understanding of the principles of growth and development ot assess each patient's age specific needs and provide age specific appropriate treatment and care.<BR>- Participate in unit and hospital Performance Improvement activities.<BR>- Assume Charge Nurse Role as assigned.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed to practice in the state of Washington.<BR>- Current BLS certification requires.<BR>- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire and to keep current.<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>FTE Night 12-hour shifts<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>DOE, DOQ, Excellent benefits<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/ DEADLINE:</b><BR>Until filled<BR> <BR><b>HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Report in person with this Job Order Number to your nearest WorkSource office.  Bring in your resume or work history showing you meet all requirements.  Applicants will be screened according to the job requirements listed above.  The employer has requested a limited number of candidates for this position.
