<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>A Monroe based insurance company is looking for a professional with a strong work ethic that enjoys helping people. You must be comfortable talking on the phone, love a sales environment, and relating to many different people in a customer services capacity.<BR><BR>Duties include:<BR>- Achieve mutually agreed upon goals<BR>- Develop leads and set insurance appointments for home, auto, and life insurance and recognize cross-sell opportunity for existing clients<BR>- Provide prompt, professional customer service for all clients, assess customers needs while accessing all lines of insurance and make best recommendations for each customer<BR>- Flexible schedule and ability to work some evenings and/or occasional weekends<BR>- Perform other duties required by management to contribute to the agency team<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Insurance industry experience required. Must obtain property, casualty, life and health insurance licenses with the state of WA.<BR>- 12 months in insurance sales or 24 months sales experience in similar type business<BR>- Professional networking ability and demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships.<BR>- Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to take initiative and implement strategy without direction<BR>- Sales experience with quotas, call requirements, and self starter mentality to achieve sales goals<BR>- Comfortable with Microsoft Office<BR>- Trustworthy, honest, dependable, proven integrity, and strong work ethic<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>- More than one year of sales experience and a current P & C license<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Monday through Friday; 40 hours per week<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>$2,500/month, increasing a rate of $100 per month, plus commission<BR>Employer will reimburse the cost of classes and license testing once the license is obtained.<BR>Paid vacation and personal days<BR>Performance incentives and bonuses<BR>Ongoing training and support<BR>Friendly and fun work environment<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/ DEADLINE:</b><BR>Open until filled<BR> <BR><b>HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Report in person with this Job Order Number to your nearest WorkSource office.
