<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">The Department of Corrections (DOC) is looking to fill full time Registered Nurse positons on the night shift in our Special Offenders Unit(psychiatric/mental health). These positions will be working night 10:00 to 06:30am.<BR><BR>Correctional Nursing has been recognized as a specialty by the ACA since 1995. Come learn about the wonderful opportunities that the Washington State Department of Corrections (DOC) has to offer and how you can contribute in the rehabilitation efforts of this underserved population. We will be holding a hiring event at the Monroe Corrections Center. All attendees will need clearance to attend the event. <BR><BR>DOC is also looking to fill several On-Call Registered Nursing positions for our Monroe Corrections Complex located in Monroe WA. <BR><BR>On-Call/intermittent staff are expected to: <BR>* Be available to work all shifts (day, swing and graveyard).<BR>* Be willing to work a minimum of 12 shifts per month including at least one weekend and holidays as requested.<BR>* Provide written availability by the 20th of each month for the following month s coverage.<BR>* Be willing to complete a paid six-week correctional worker core training that meets 4 days/week, 10 hours Mon-Thurs.<BR><BR>Note: This is an on-call/intermittent position with no minimum hour guarantee.<BR><BR>The Department of Corrections offers a very competitive and comprehensive benefits package available to On-Call nurses after completion of six months employment with an average of 86 hours worked per month<BR><BR>We hope you will join us in making a difference, one patient at a time.
