               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">VP EXEMPT -Non Exclusive<BR><BR>     <b>CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE</b><BR><BR> *** IMMEDIATE NEED ***<BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>To provide resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel and to assist in maintaining a positive physical and social environment for the residents.<BR><BR>Essential Duties:<BR>Personal Care and Nursing<BR>Food Service<BR>Medication Assistance<BR>Safety and Sanitation<BR>Cleaning Functions<BR>Laundry Functions<BR>Residents Rights Functions<BR>Training<BR>Other as assigned<BR><BR>Possible Openings: 2 or more<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Part-time to Full- time position, 20-40 hours per week.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>* Licensed CNA, Home Health Aid, Personal Care Home Maker, or <BR> completed 54 hours of training ( as required by state regulations).<BR>* Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, <BR> staff, community officials, State officials, and general public.<BR>* Ability to Obtain Food Handlers Permit (as required by state <BR> regulations).<BR>* Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.<BR>* Must be able to work full or part-time on a regular schedule, and on-<BR> call as needed.<BR>* Must meet all State health requirements.<BR>* Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job <BR> Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation.<BR>* Must be able to pass background check.<BR> <BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>CNA Experience Preferred<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b> <BR>Pay is Depending On Experience & Qualifications - to discuss with employer at time of interview.
