               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:<BR>Part-time and Full-Time.<BR><BR>JOB REQUIREMENTS:<BR>- Perform resident care with an awareness of dignity and individuality, with understanding and concern.<BR>- Maintain acceptable attendance record.<BR>- Minimal supervision is able to work independently and is a self-starter.<BR>- Organized and efficient with time.<BR>- Able to keep high level of confidentiality.<BR>- Able to communicate effectively, verbal and written.<BR>- Physical ability to be on feet for long periods of time, occasional heavy lifting of residents.<BR>- Familiar and willing to work with senior population.<BR>- Lifting capacity of 80 lbs is required.<BR><BR>REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>- CPR & 1st Aide Card.<BR>- CNA license required.<BR>- Mental Health/Dementia training is a plus.<BR>- Fundamentals of Caregiving Certification.<BR>- HIV Training is a plus.<BR><BR>-Please do not call employer, apply in person or by email.</font></td>
