               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">VP EXEMPT NON EXCLUSIVE<BR><BR>                              CIRCULATION DISTRICT ASSISTANT<BR><BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>The Columbia Basin Herald has a full time opportunity available in our Circulation Department.  The hours include some mornings, afternoon and early evenings.  The successful candidate will be responsible for: delivery of specialty publications to retail and business locations; assisting district managers with delivery of youth and adult motor routes; providing newspapers delivery drops to our youth carriers; conduct auditing and merchandising of  key retail business accounts each week; assisting our Mailroom Department as needed and other customer service opportunities and retention efforts as assigned.<BR> <BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Monday through Friday, some mornings, afternoon and early evenings.<BR> <BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>*  Valid Driver's License (for use of company or personal vehicle)<BR>*  Proof of Insurance<BR>*  Passion for customer service excellence<BR>*  Detailed oriented, Self Motivated, Good communication skills<BR>*  Ability to work in tandem with our outstanding district manager team to ensure top - shelf service to our customers<BR>*  History of punctuality and reliability <BR> <BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR> <BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>$9.04 per hr. with an excellent monthly bonus; mileage reimbursement; medical / Life benefits after 60 days; sick / holiday pay after 90 days and vacation after one year. <BR> <BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b><BR>Open until filled <BR> <BR><b>HOW TO APPLY:</b><BR>Contact WorkSource<BR><BR><b>****NOTE****</b><BR><b>For specific application instructions, you must contact your local WorkSource office directly.
