               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">VP EXEMPT NON EXCLUSIVE<BR><BR><b>ELECTRICIAN (HOURLY) , MOSES LAKE, WA, FT </b><BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Local Processing plant has an HOURLY ELECTRICIAN position available in our Moses Lake, WA potato processing plant.<BR><BR>This electrician must be capable of performing electrical repairs in all areas of responsibility and support systems.  This individual must establish and maintain open communications and productive working relationships with various maintenance personnel, operators, attendants, laborers & members of management.  The area of work includes both inside the facility and outside, depending on work requirements, and requires the ability to work in sometimes extreme environments (both hot and cold). Weekend and overtime work in this position is common and may be required to meet operational goals.  The incumbent must understand the operation of the factory and have the ability to make decisions based on sound judgment when a situation dictates. It is imperative maintenance personnel conduct themselves in a manner that ensures alertness and constant awareness of the safe operation of equipment and its surroundings.  <BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Weekend and overtime work in this position is common and may be required to meet operational goals.  <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Must have a minimum of a two year electrical degree or certification <BR>- Must have a minimum of two years industrial factory electrical maintenance & troubleshooting experience or equivalent education as approved by the electrical maintenance supervisor and department manager. <BR>- Must successfully complete class 1 electrical written test and be able to read, understand, and communicate in a manner to successfully perform the job duties.  <BR>- Must be able to perform basic computer skills <BR>- Must be able to understand and apply basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and averages) including the proper use of a calculator<BR>- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.  <BR>- Must be able to work in extreme environments: hot, cold, wet, and slick floors.  <BR>- Must be able to climb stairs, ladders, catwalks, and maneuver in close quarters.  <BR>- Must be able to use appropriate personal protective equipment, such as respirators, SCBA, and safety harness as appropriate for given tasks. <BR><BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>Wages are Depending on Experience<BR>Benefits including but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, 401k, Pension, Life Insurance, Educational Assistance and a Bonus Program.<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b><BR>Open until filled.<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY:</b><BR>Contact local WorkSource Referral and Application Instructions.<BR>An ELECTRONIC VERSION OF RESUME and A COVER LETTER will be REQUIRED  **USB/FLASH drive is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, if applying via a local WorkSource office** <BR><b>For specific application instructions, you must contact your local WorkSource office directly.
