               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Northeastern Washington clinic is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician - duties will include emergent diagnosing, treatment, and continuous care to Emergency Department patients. <BR><BR><b> JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>-  Must have current license to practice medicine in State of Washington. <BR>-  Must have at least one year of Emergency Medicine experience <BR>-  Must have Successful Completion of an Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Emergency Residency<BR>-  Must have Current PALS, BLS, and ACLS certifications<BR>-  Must have clean malpractice claim record and malpractice database record.<BR>-  Must have clean Medical Quality Assurance commission record.<BR>-  Must demonstrate ability to keep and maintain (or cause to be kept and maintained) appropriate records relating to all professional services rendered by him/her under this Agreement<BR>-  Must have ability to prepare and attend to, in connection with such services, all reports, claims and correspondence necessary or appropriate in the circumstances, all of which records, reports, claims and correspondence shall belong to the Employer<BR>-  Must demonstrate performance of all things reasonably desirable to maintain and improve his/her professional skills<BR>-  Must maintain a current Washington State License to practice medicine<BR>-  Must maintain eligibility for insurance (payer) credentialing with the health insurance companies contracted with by the Employer<BR>-  Must maintaining eligibility for malpractice insurance credentialing with the malpractice insurance companies contracted with by the Employer<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Full time   Must be available for shift work and maintain a minimum of 120 Emergency Department shifts per year<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR> $120.00 per day.  Benefits include 401k, vacation, sick time, CME reimbursement, health insurance, life insurance, and long term disability insurance,.<BR><BR><b>CLOSING/DATE/DEADLINE:</b><BR>When filled <BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY:</b><BR>For instructions on how to apply with this local employer, please contact Colville WorkSource in person at 956 S Main Street or call us at 800-451-1549 or 509-685-6158.<BR><BR>EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER * Affirmative Action:  All qualified applicants are considered.  Minorities, women, veterans, or Persons with Disabilities are encouraged to apply.<BR><BR></font></td>
