<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Vet Exempt Non-Exclusive<BR><BR> <b>***** EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR *****</b><BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Reports directly to the Grant County Board of County Commissioners, the Executive Director provides leadership, direction, and operational management of the four (4) Grant County programs of Grant Integrated Service. Assures the provision of quality, efficient and ethical services which contribute to the well being of citizens of Grant and Adams Counties. <BR>The following examples of duties and accountabilities illustrate the general range of tasks assigned to the position but are not intended to define the limits of required duties:<BR>- Program Advocacy<BR>- Program Compliance<BR>- Operations Management<BR>- Technical Direction<BR>- Human Resources Development<BR><BR>Other essential duties may be assigned consistent with the general scope of the position. Employee must comply with all County and department policies, procedures, WAC's, or other regulatory bodies.<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Full-Time, Regular<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<BR><BR>* Master's Degree in Business, Social Services, Public Administration<BR> or other related field <BR>* Minimum of five (5) years experience in a related healthcare or social<BR> services field at a managerial level of complex organization <BR>* Previous experience in a position responsible for multiple funding <BR> sources, contracts and regulations, leadership, program planning <BR> and implementation and managing budgets of $10,000,000. <BR>* Demonstrated knowledge and abilities in fiscal administration; <BR> strategic planning; human resources management; networking and <BR> advocacy; and laws, codes, certification, accreditation standards and <BR> best practices for mental health, developmental disabilities, <BR> domestic violence, sexual assault, and substance abuse <BR>* Excellent communication skills <BR>* Personal computer operations experience <BR><BR>The Executive Director is responsible forthe multiple roles of staff supervision and contributing to the development, implementation and review and administration of program budgets, agency policies, competencies and plans. This position requires extensive travel to attend local, state and/or national meetings and/or trainings.
