Develop and promote partnership with bank colleagues in order to identify opportunities to assist clients in addressing their unique goals and objectives.<BR><BR>Essential Duties:<BR>? Identify suitable financial and investment solutions for clients through the collection of financial information and the evaluation of their unique needs, goals, and circumstances.<BR>? Partner with bank colleagues to uncover opportunities to enhance current and prospective client relationships with comprehensive financial solutions. Indentify partner education and sales training opportunities.<BR>? Drive the deepening of client relationships by engaging internal partners and specialists to cross-sell all bank services, including checking and savings accounts, mortgage and commercial loans, and trust and estate services.<BR>? Responsible for proactive calls to current and prospective clients and follow-up on marketing campaigns. Adherence to client and referral contact standards.<BR>? Responsible for maintaining knowledge of investment and financial products, industry trends, and the global economic environment. Understands their application in meeting the customer''s specific needs and goals.<BR>? Responsible for conforming to all legal and regulatory requirements associated with Sterling/Sonoma Investment Group, Sterling/Sonoma Bank, associated broker/dealer, FINRA, and the SEC.<BR>? Responsible for continuing education programs required to maintain all securities and insurance licenses and industry designations.<BR><BR>Education:<BR>High School Diploma or GED required.<BR>Bachelor''s Degree in business or related field preferred.<BR>FINRA Series 7, 65/66; Life and Variable Ins licenses required.<BR>CFP certification preferred.<BR><BR><BR>Skills and Knowledge:<BR>? 3 - 5 years of related industry experience.<BR>? Advanced knowledge of investment products and philosophies, ERISA regulations, and state and federal regulations.<BR>? Extensive written and verbal communication skills.<BR>? Proven ability to network and cultivate relationships to develop new opportunities.<BR>? Possess organizational skills, initiative, and motivation to independently manage time and resources to meet assigned goals and objectives.<BR>? Proficient with all MS Office applications.<BR>?
