(ATS) looking to hire GENERAL MECHANICS to service, repair and overhaul aircraft to ensure airworthiness.  Works under limited supervision.<BR><BR>This brand new aviation facility is opening in Moses Lake and has already increased its call to 20 Aircraft Mechanic, Avionics specialist and is holding a HIRING EVENT SEPT. 6TH, at Work Source in Moses Lake! ATS already has a facility established in Moses Lake and plans to start production Mid-September!<BR><BR><BR>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: <BR>*        Has basic knowledge of all areas of the aircraft and assigned work area.<BR>*        Repair, modify, replace or otherwise perform routine aircraft maintenance work.<BR>*        Communicate effectively with other maintenance personnel at all levels by keeping co-workers and leadership apprised of work progress and difficulties as they arise.<BR>*        Complete job assignments in a timely manner.<BR>*        Complete on-the-job-training (OJT) forms and required reading.<BR>*        Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures.<BR>*        Read and interpret manufacturer and airline maintenance manuals, service bulletins, drawings and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repair, replacement or modification.<BR>*        Participate in operational tests.<BR><BR>***Full Description Available upon Referral***<BR><BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS: </b><BR>**  ONLY persons that have worked SPECIFICALLY on Aircraft may apply **<BR>*        High School Diploma or equivalent.<BR>*        Airframe and/or Powerplant License and level of skill customarily acquired after one year as an Apprentice Mechanic, or two years of related commercial / military aircraft experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.<BR>*        Good verbal and written communication skills.<BR>*        Ability to read and interpret documents as well as communicate effectively with other maintenance and support personnel at all levels regarding job related issues.<BR>*        Must have a general knowledge of fundamental maintenance operations and practices and be able to complete these tasks with moderate supervision.<BR>*        Ability to perform basic and intermediate mathematical functions. <BR>*        Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.<BR>*        Meet all regulatory requirements per FAR 65.<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR><BR>*** Those with Current A&P Cert. are STRONGLY Encourage to apply ***<BR><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR><BR>Monday / Friday, Day and Swing Shifts<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR><BR>$23.69 to $28.99 an Hour/ DOE<BR><BR>Full benefit package the day they start employment - included health benefits, 401K, life insurance, short and long term disability insurance, we furnish coveralls and the cleaning, tuition reimbursement, Paid Time Off and Holiday pay.<BR><BR><b> Close Date:</b><BR>Open until filled<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY:</b><BR>A TARGETED RESUME will be required<BR>     AND<BR>Contact WorkSource:<BR><b>For specific application instructions, you must contact your local WorkSource office directly.
