               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">VP exp non ex<BR><BR><b> GROOMING SALON MANAGER / RETAIL, ML, FT </b><BR><BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>GROOMING SALON MANAGER responsibilities include:<BR>* Supervise the daily operations of Pet Stylist(s) and Grooming Assistants located in the same store<BR>* Perform basic grooming services including brushing, bathing, and conditioning of animals. May perform cleaning of ears and the trimming of nails. Follow pet parent's instructions or Breed Standards when clipping, stripping or trimming an animals' coat. Complete de-matting and flea dipping as per instructions from pet parents<BR>* Complete daily grooming payroll and commission paperwork. Daily complete and file reminder cards for each pet groomed. Daily review of all grooming associatesA? paperwork to ensure that proper commissions are taken on each pet<BR>* Order grooming salon supplies as needed<BR>* Meet grooming revenue projections, control payroll and expenses to meet budget, maintain daily/ weekly records, schedule customer grooming appointments, assist in preparation of bi-weekly work schedule<BR>* Perform routine housekeeping to maintain the appearance of the Grooming Salon to company standards<BR>* Ensure Grooming Salon safety by implementing standards and procedures as set by company<BR>* Provide and maintain personal clippers, blades, and other hand tools required for grooming services<BR>* Assist Store Manager in recruiting and hiring of Pet Stylists and Grooming Assistants<BR>* Provide orientation and training to all new Pet Stylists and Grooming Assistants<BR><BR> <BR> <b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>* Documented at least 3 (three) year's experience in grooming all breeds<BR>* MINIMUM 6 months Retail Management or Animal Care Management experience<BR>* Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the grooming industry<BR>* High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred<BR>* Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to monitor and provide direction to all Grooming associates<BR>* Able to move animals and merchandise up to 50 pounds. <BR><BR> <BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred<BR>Specific and extensive animal-care or retail experience preferred.<BR>Previous supervisory experience<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR> Flexible schedule - varies based on needs of the store<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b> <BR>Completive Wages dependent on qualifications.
