Assist with shopping and transport to Dr.'s appointments. All duties depend on clients individual needs.<BR><BR>***LOCATION***<BR>Moses Lake, WA<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Working Part time to Full time,  will work approximately 10-30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR> *   Must have WA state Drivers License <BR> *   Must have auto insurance and show proof<BR> *   Must have personal transportation and auto must be reliable<BR> *   Must have a High School Diploma or GED <BR> *   Must be able to pass drug test<BR> *   Must be at least 18 years of age<BR> *   Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs.<BR> *   Must be available for Weekends and Evenings (7pm-10pm)<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b> <BR>Pay will be $9.85 per hour / Shift differential of .50 cents.<BR>Benefits include medical, dental, vision and vacation/sick leave.<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b><BR>Order open until filled.<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY :</b><BR>Requires completion of company application, Contact WorkSource for further referral instructions.<BR><b>****NOTE****</b><BR><b>For specific application instructions, you must contact your local WorkSource office directly.
