               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">VP EXEMPT COLLECTING APPS / NON EXCLUSIVE<BR><BR>    <b>*** INSTRUMENT SUPERVISOR ***</b><BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>REC SILICON, the world's largest dedicated producer of silicon materials for the photovalaic industry, has an immediate opening for an INSTRUMENT SUPERVISOR at its Moses Lake, WA facility.<BR><BR>The Instrument Supervisor is responsible for all personnel and activities associated with the instrument group which is responsible for the overall instrument equipment on plant site including process equipment, grounds, buildings, utility systems and all other associated systems in the Moses Lake facility and to manage those resources to support the overall company objectives and business plan. <BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>This position requires a 12 hour rotating shift work schedule, alternating between 12 hour days and 12 hour nights; also requires weekends, holidays, and overtime as scheduled. <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>Technical/Professional:<BR>* Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or <BR> technical school with five years relevant experience, or; ten years <BR> relevant experience, or; an equivalent combination of education and <BR> experience. <BR>* Prior supervisory experience.<BR><BR>Technological:<BR>* Thorough working knowledge of chemical plant equipment, <BR> maintenance procedures and preventative maintenance methods<BR>* Detailed knowledge of PSM systems requirements<BR>* Ability to assist technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing <BR> problems associated with instrument systems<BR>* Ability to plan, track and allocated resources and work in SAP and <BR> other work order planning systems<BR><BR>REQUIRED LEADERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:<BR>Administrative/managerial:  <BR>* Plan and schedule the work of the instrument crafts people.<BR><BR>Executional: <BR>* Ability to influence operations in negotiating appropriate time lines <BR> for instrument maintenance and repair schedules<BR>* Able to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner<BR>* Able to track detailed work flow information to ensure all work is <BR> completed  and documented satisfactorily<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>* Prefer knowledge of REC processes<BR> <BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b> <BR>Company offers a competitive salary and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k retirement plan.  <BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b> <BR>Closing date:  November 30, 2012; 5:00 pm, unless filled sooner. <BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY:</b><BR>Contact WorkSource, Requires Company Application to be completed at WorkSource.
