Additional experience may substitute for formal training.<BR>• Working knowledge of the purpose and operations of plasma and laser cutting tables, forming, robotics, CNC machining, welding and industrial paint systems.<BR>• In-Depth technical knowledge of PLC’s, basic electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical equipment and systems<BR>• Skill at diagnosing systems with automated controls, troubleshooting and solving mechanical problems<BR>• Basic knowledge of TPM processes and the principles and practices of lean manufacturing<BR>• Sufficient human relations skills to convey technical concepts to others and maintain harmony with team members and customers<BR>• Basic skills in using common personal computer-based business programs<BR>• Ability to perform a full range of maintenance activity on process equipment, machinery, tools and facilities systems<BR>• Ability to diagnose maintenance problems and establish corrective course of action<BR>• Must be able to understand and follow oral and written instructions, maintain complete records and interpret plans, diagrams, operating manuals and specifications<BR>• Ability to establish a sequenced maintenance plan<BR>• Ability to read precision instruments and perform mathematical calculations<BR>• Ability to observe and follow all safety rules and regulations<BR>• Demonstrated ability to operate a variety of machinery, tools and weld.<BR>Apply for this job:<BR>Your application choices are:<BR>* Apply for this jobonline<BR>* Refer a friend to this job<BR>It is the policy of the company to attract and retain the best qualified employees.
