               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">VP Exempt Non Exclusive<BR><BR>                                       <b>*** PARAEDUCATOR ***</b><BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Coordinates activities or performs specialized duties to assist in providing instruction to and supervision of students in a variety of instructional and non-instructional programs.<BR><BR>Individuals hired for these positions may be working with all students and special programs such as Title 1, Enhancement and Special Education.<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Various hours and schedules with openings at several locations in Moses Lake. <BR> <BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>1. High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 72 college quarter credits from a nationally accredited institution/pass ETS test required.<BR>2. Must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.<BR>3. Must be accurate and efficient at completing tasks on time without constant/direct supervision.<BR>4. Ability to relate in a positive manner with students, parents, and staff/teachers, supervisory staff.<BR>5. Must be able to work effectively with small groups or individual students under the supervision of certificated staff.<BR>6. Ability to accurately keep records.<BR>7. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the board may find acceptable.<BR>8. Other duties as assigned<BR>*** Pass background check and health screen upon offer of employment.<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>* Bilingual is a plus<BR> <BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b> <BR>Per P.S.E.
