               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Vet exempt non-exclusive<BR><BR><b> PLANT ACCOUNTING MANAGER, MOSES LAKE, WA  FT </b><BR><BR> <b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Employer is a diverse, privately held organization, with roots firmly planted in agriculture and agriculture-related businesses.  These endeavors have been around for centuries and will continue to be a vital part of the global economy.  They currently have a PLANT ACCOUNTING MANAGER position available in our potato processing plant in Moses Lake, WA.<BR><BR>The PLANT ACCOUNTING MANAGER manages plant accounting as well as compiles and analyzes production reports and statistical statements.  This manager acts in financial and management information advisory capacity for plant management by analyzing, interpreting, and providing management with information.  <BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR> Shift Assignments are determined in partnership with other Shift Managers but will need to be available to support a 24/7 operation.  <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>* Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university<BR>* Five plus years related experience and/or training in an accounting position, preferably in a production environment, or equivalent experience where a thorough understanding of accounting principles and cost accounting in accordance with GAAP <BR>* CPA or CMA preferred. <BR>* Previous experience in a supervisory position desired <BR>ALSO:<BR>- Must have flexibility to work any days and shifts as necessary to support a 24/7 operation. <BR>- Must have the ability to always portray a positive, honest, consistent, ethical, and professional demeanor to both peers and subordinates. <BR>- Must have ability to consistently lead a crew of up to one hundred people to accomplish organizational requirements and goals. <BR>- Must possess excellent listening skills. <BR>- Ability to work safely and demand a safe work environment at all times. <BR>- Goal oriented person who sets aggressive goals and holds subordinates to high standards. <BR>- Individual must possess a self-starter mentality. <BR>- Have the ability to make difficult decisions under stress. <BR>- Must be a very strong team player that can interact well within all levels of the organization. <BR>- Must possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills. <BR>- Possess the ability to coach and develop subordinates on an ongoing basis. <BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>- Bilingual: English and Spanish is a plus. <BR>- Prior supervisory experience preferred. <BR>- Should have experience to work in a union environment successfully. <BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b> <BR>Pay Grade 44 /  Depending on experience, w/ Excellent benefit package<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b> <BR>Position is open until filled<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY:</b><BR>Contact WorkSource<BR><BR><b>****NOTE****</b><BR><b>For specific application instructions, you must contact your local WorkSource office directly.
