Establish and maintain open communication, support the functions<BR> of each other and ensure productive working relationships with all<BR> Team Members, Shift Support Personnel and the Management <BR> Team.<BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>SUMMARY OF JOB CONTENT: <BR>The Production Operator is a hourly position. Operators will be expected to understand and safely execute all duties as outlined in the Standard Work Instructions. <BR>In addition, this person will have responsibility for handling and packaging fiber spools, periodic machine cleaning and other assignments as deemed necessary. The Production Operator will complete production related assignments in accordance with the Production Supervisor direction. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders and stairs and walk or stand for considerable lengths of time.<BR><BR>* 2 POTENTIAL OPENINGS <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR><BR>Documents MUST REFLECT:<BR>* HS Diploma / GED Equivalency<BR>* GOOD WRITTEN communication skills and attention to detail<BR>* Experience with INDUSTRIAL PLANT EQUIPMENT & MACHINERY <BR>* A history of growth and learning of new processes<BR>* Safely monitoring fiber line (or equivalent) process<BR>* Reacting safely to process problems<BR>* The understanding and monitoring of finished product quality and function<BR><BR>* There is a pre-employment drug screen, then random screening upon and after hire, and pre-employment criminal background check will be required upon offer of employment.<BR>* Employer will check for an excellent safety and attendance record<BR><BR>Employer will also evaluate for these additional KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE, items:<BR>* Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.<BR>* Must have an excellent safety and attendance record.<BR>* Must have proven excellent interpersonal and team oriented skills.<BR>* Must be able to meet all requirements and testing requirements for the position.<BR>* Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.<BR>* Must possess an overall knowledge of plant equipment machinery and be able to learn processes.<BR>* Must be able to understand and monitor finished product quality and equipment function.<BR>* Must be able to safely monitor fiber line process and react safely and quickly to process interruptions and problems.<BR>* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders and stairs and walk or stand for considerable lengths of time.<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>Automotive or Carbon-Fiber Manufacturing Experience<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Will be working 12 hour day or night shift which rotates from days to nights every 4 weeks, with overtime as needed after training period. <BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b> <BR>Excellent Wages & Benefits package, to be discussed and determined at time of interview. <BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b> <BR>Open until filled (Updated 10/03/12/ 09:49 AM) <BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY:</b><BR>Requires completion of company application, contact WorkSource.<BR><BR><b>For specific application instructions, you must contact your local WorkSource office directly.
