               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Coatings (Ref- 155-309)<BR><BR><BR><BR>Job ID: 2012-17219<BR># Positions: 1<BR><BR>Location: US-WA-Moses Lake<BR>Posted Date: 10/9/2012<BR><BR>Category: Engineering <BR>More information about this job:<BR>Overview:<BR><BR>Provide technical support for the Coating Systems by performing various duties to maintain both daily operations as well as long-term operational improvements for new process implementation, process improvement to existing systems, controls and equipment that drive improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR>* Implement new coating technologies or processes that improve the safety, quality and efficiency of the new and existing Coating Systems<BR>* Assist in resolving daily production issues by collecting and analyzing data to determine root cause and implementing short and long term corrective actions<BR>* Identify process control improvements for the Coating Systems utilizing testing methodology, SPC, or equipment instrumentation<BR>* Assist in the development of documentation associated with the operation and maintenance of the Coating Systems<BR>* Identify and implement process improvements that reduce the operating costs of the Coating Systems<BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>* Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Coatings Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering<BR>* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment performing responsibilities similar to those listed above<BR>* Proven manufacturing experience with liquid and powder Coating Systems, mechanical and chemical surface preparation and testing<BR>* Knowledge of Regulatory Guidelines for Coating Systems a plus<BR>Apply for this job:<BR>Your application choices are:<BR>* Apply for this jobonline<BR>* Refer a friend to this job<BR>It is the policy of the company to attract and retain the best qualified employees.
