Additionally, this role is responisible for managing the queue for work associates with Local Technical support functionto ensure all necessary tasks, projuects and activities are successfully completed within defines Service Level Agreements. <BR><BR>- Providing Tier 1 technical support <BR>- Analyze, log, classify and distribute inquires<BR>- Deliver 70% on-call resolution <BR>- Customer Service work experience<BR>- 1 year provious IT experience <BR>- Technical on PC/ Rebuilding <BR><BR>Project management, problem solving, communication and teamwork are other essential functions of this position. <BR><BR>Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm <BR>Pay is DOE</font></td>
