               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">VP Exempt Immediate Need<BR><BR><b> Site Safety Manager / ML / FT, Seasonal </b><BR><BR>***CONFIDENTIAL ORDER, NO EMPLOYER INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN  ***<BR><BR>**  Construction Project scheduled for 10/01/12 - Ending: 03/1/2013  **<BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>*       Responsible for the establishment and implementation of the project safety program necessary to ensure the project is constructed with the highest safety standards, safety controls and procedures to meet the expectations of the employer and owner. <BR>*       Provide technical advice regarding safety and environmental health requirements and develop safety controls as needed.<BR>*       Work to the establishment of an injury-free environment where safety is a core value and not simply a priority that can change with the conditions of the site.<BR>*       Instill safety awareness in each employee through personal relationships, individual consultation, and by weekly group safety meetings.<BR>*       Prepare and manage the emergency response plan.<BR>*       Investigate any accident or injury promptly and accurately to understand the cause in order to communicate with others and prevent a similar occurrence.<BR>*       Maintain site "lock-out/tag-out" program; <BR>*       Coordinate safety inspections by subcontractors, monitor and ensure subcontractor compliance with applicable project safety requirements.<BR>*       Counsel employees and subcontractors whose behavior is putting themselves and others at risk of injury.<BR>*       Maintain the required posted safety information.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>*Minimum 6 Months, prior site safety management experience in the construction industry<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>*Degrees or formal training is a plus<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>**  Construction Project scheduled for 10/01/12 - Ending: 03/1/2013  **<BR>7am-4pm  Monday-Friday, possible overtime if needed. <BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b> <BR>$24-$32 depending on qualifications, complete benefit packet<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b> <BR> Open until filled<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY:</b><BR>Contact WorkSource, A TARGETED RESUME will be required:<BR><b>For specific application instructions, you must contact your local WorkSource office directly.
