               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Vet Exempt Non-Exclusive<BR><BR> <b>*** STORE MANAGER ***</b><BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Employer is seeking a Manager position for their local restaurant.  The Manager directs other employees, serves customers,  monitors profitability, maintains cleanliness, prepares food product, completes paperwork required by the main office, and professionally handles any issue that arises.<BR><BR>Candidates must have prior leadership experience as a shift lead, assistant manager, or manager in a similar environment.  Successful candidates have tradionally worked in a food service or retail setting in the past.  Extensive background checking will be conducted.  Prefers candidates with a high school diploma or GED and have some college courses in business topics completed.<BR> <BR>b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>* Must be 18 as per Washington law (will be working alone after <BR> 8:00pm)<BR>* Good work history<BR>* Must show prior leadership experience as shift lead, asst manager,<BR> or manager in a similar environment.<BR>* Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check prior to <BR> hiring. The background check must be free of a conviction related to<BR> the duties of this job, occurring within the last 10 years.<BR>* Must be able to work with all levels of employees.<BR>* Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to<BR> operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. <BR>* Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. <BR> * Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds<BR> occasionally. <BR>* Will be required to have a food handler's permit within two weeks of <BR> employment<BR> <BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>* High school diploma or GED and some college courses in <BR> business topics<BR>* Previous food management experience<BR>* Computer literate<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>45 or more hours per week/Must be available to work any time and any day of the week, including many holidays/Will be on call to handle store concerns. <BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b> <BR>Pay is Depending on Experience starting at $28,000 per year<BR>Bonus of up to $900 per month in addition to base wage<BR>Benefits available after 3 months<BR>Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Paid Time Off<BR> <BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b> <BR>Open Until Filled<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY:</b><BR><b>For specific application instructions, you must contact your local WorkSource office directly.
