               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Assist in wrapping, padding and preparing items for shipping<BR>Assist in building crates & skids for shipments<BR>Assist in distributing incoming UPS & FedEx Shipments<BR>Load and unload 1 to 15 ton loads from delivery trucks<BR><BR>MUST BE ABLE TO: <BR>Read packing slips, shipping directions, operation manuals<BR>Lift up to 75 lbs, stand or walk 75% of work day & work outside 75-90% of day<BR>Perform basic carpentry skills<BR>Mechanical aptitude<BR>Operate a forklift<BR>Have valid WA state drivers license<BR>Have experience working with minimal supervision<BR>Work with minimal supervision in a set time frame<BR>Work effectively and reliably with a high level of detail<BR>Safety consciousness<BR><BR>A PLUS:<BR>Knowledge of structural steel<BR>Bobcat experience<BR>Mechanical aptitude<BR><BR>SHIFT:<BR>Monday-Friday 7am to 3:30pm<BR><BR>3 month probationary period</font></td>
