               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">A Bath Fitter Sales Consultant will give in-home presentations during which you will enthuse and delight your clients by showcasing the possibilities that exist within their bathroom space. Your objective is to provide the customer with a superb in-home shopping experience and accurate quote with the ultimate goal of leaving with a signed deal a minimum of 50% of the time.  As a Sales Consultant for Bath Fitter, you will self-generate leads through door hangers, installation visits, participating in related organizations and clubs, attending trade shows, and numerous other avenues.  As a Sales Consultant for Bath Fitter, you must demonstrate the ability and desire to perform in a high-pressure, fast-growth, retail company environment.  You must also be willing to follow our lead generation program in exchange for ten corporate leads per week.  We are seeking someone with a successful track record of building meaningful relationships that result in consistent referrals.  We would like to see a minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience (in-home sales experience is a plus), the ability to read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch, the ability to lift 30 pounds, as well as the ability to bend and kneel consistently.  Our Sales Consultant must be well organized and current with today’s technology.  We will provide presentation and sample books.  Our Sales Consultant needs to have a valid WA State driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.  You will be using your own vehicle and your own fuel (I-90 to Everett), but will be handsomely rewarded with great commissions.  Our dress code is business casual (no jeans, shorts, flip flops, etc.).</font></td>
