New business development.<BR><BR>This position is salary based plus commission.<BR><BR>BUILDER ACCOUNT MANAGER<BR><BR>Responsibilities Include: <BR>• Drive revenue at acceptable margins. <BR>• Solicit new business.<BR>• Maintain relationships with book of business.<BR>• Introduce improved business methods to maintain business.<BR>• Act as liaison between scheduling and builder.<BR>• Act as liaison between builder administrative staff and SuperFloors.<BR>• Continuing product education to add value for builder.<BR>• Set up and organize business to flow through established Superfloors system.<BR>• Develop relationships with internal customers and proactively manage their relationships with the builders<BR><BR>Required Skills:<BR>• High level of sales, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.<BR>• Knowledge of flooring products and installation process preferred.<BR>• Strong math skills required.<BR>• Professional sales training.<BR>• Proactive mind set to creatively secure business.<BR>• Ability to read blueprints desired.<BR>• Organizational skills and ability to focus on details.<BR>• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.<BR>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<BR>• Must have access to and the ability to drive a vehicle.</font></td>
