<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Strong Community Agency seeks talented and ambitious candidates for the position of COMPUTER QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST<BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>- Provides helpdesk, technical guidance, and advanced training to end-users regarding any issues related to the Trapeze scheduling software. <BR>- Responsible of all aspects of department metrics and monthly data reporting <BR>- Work as a liaison between DART and both Trapeze Technical Support and Customer Service.<BR>- Works in close conjunction with the DART Call Center Manager and Operations Manager. In addition will work with end users to ensure optimal use of Trapeze application.<BR>- Maintain documentation and Trapeze workstation standards<BR>- Works with vendors and Trapeze Customer Support to resolve hardware operating system issues; researches and tests possible solutions and implements solutions. Tracks Trapeze work orders.<BR>- Analyzes Trapeze scheduling software; researches and tests possible solutions in the test environment. Transfers results to live application.<BR>- Works with Database Administrator to solve application problems to meet end-user computing needs<BR>- Assists in the development and implementation of training methods and procedures within the Trapeze environment for all Call Center employees.<BR>- Assist with department payroll process<BR>- Represent agency in a professional and respectful manner<BR>- Performs other duties as assigned<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Two years of experience working with the Trapeze PASS product, or similar experience working with comparative software application.<BR>- Microsoft Office proficient, with a strong knowledge in Excel, and Access<BR>- High school diploma or GED<BR>- Two to four years network trouble shooting experience.<BR>- Two to four years network operating system experience (Linux, Novell, MS) <BR>- Strong interpersonal skills<BR>- Knowledge of computer operations and keyboarding skills<BR>- Microsoft Office proficient<BR>- SQL familiarity<BR>- Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills<BR>- Able to maintain effective working relationships with management and staff<BR>- Able to analyze and interpret statistical and performance data<BR>- A well-organized and self-directed individual who can work independently and as a team player<BR>- Identify, analyze and troubleshoot a wide range of complex technical computer- and network-related problems effectively and formulate ideas to increase efficiency of operations<BR>- Ability to manage deadlines; manage competing priorities; and maintain high standards for accuracy, productivity, and confidentiality<BR>- Ability to read the English language to sufficiently be able to read, communicate and train on information contained in applications, rules and regulations; to understand and respond accurately to inquiries, and to handle equipment and documents<BR>- Communication and customer service skills with the ability to relate well with a diverse population and staffing levels, showing respect, care and concern in appropriate ways<BR>- Ability to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>- Monday through Friday, Business hours <BR>- 40 hours per week<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>- Salary is DOE<BR>- Excellent and comprehensive benefits package<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b><BR>- November 16, 2012 or until filled<BR> <BR><b>HOW TO APPLY / REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Report in person with this Job Order Number to your nearest WorkSource office.
