               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION :< /b><BR>Established in 1994, A local company that provides local service with nationwide experience in residential and commercial buildings using industry- proven techniques and high standard equipment.is looking for someone to join their team.<BR>This company is an environmental contracting company that provides 24- hour emergency water damage response, mold removal and remediation and, HVAV duct cleaning.<BR>Their goal is to improve air quality, system efficiency and the comfort, safety and health of every building they service.<BR><BR><BR>Duties include:<BR>- Perform manual labor related to their business activities<BR>- Extracting water from flooded spaces<BR>- Cleaning mold from buildings<BR>- Moving debris<BR>- Moving and setting up equipment<BR>- Moving heavy furniture items<BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS :< /b><BR>- Ability to perform manual labor in enclosed areas  <BR>- Such as crawl spaces or attics, while wearing full personal protective equipment <BR>- Able to lift to 50 lbs.,<BR>- Physical endurance to work long hours in difficult conditions<BR>- Must be Reliable and prompt in  reporting to work when needed <BR>- Follow through to complete tasks as assigned<BR>- Ability to read labels and follow instructions <BR>Possesses a meticulous work ethic<BR>Willing to work on a 24-hour on-call basis<BR>Ability to pass both drug test and background check <BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :< /b><BR> <BR><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE :< /b><BR>Monday through Sunday; hours PT to start<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS :< /b><BR>$10 - $12/hour<BR> <BR><b>HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL :< /b><BR>Report in person with this Job Order Number to your nearest WorkSource office.  Bring in your resume or work history showing you meet all requirements.  Applicants will be screened according to the job requirements listed above.  The employer has requested a limited number of candidates for this position.
