               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job summary<BR>The Support Specialist will provide support and troubleshooting services to Intrinium’s clients via phone, remote support, and onsite support activities.  <BR>Summary of essential job functions<BR>Uses excellent communication skills to set clear expectations and resolve client concerns.<BR>Troubleshoots Tier 2 or assigned tickets either on-site or remotely. Monitors and resolve alerts triggered by Intrinium’s network management platform.<BR>Escalates issues to Senior Support Specialist as needed.<BR>Assists in mentoring Helpdesk Associate and provides backup as needed.<BR>Assists in managing vendor relationships. <BR>Maintains client accounts in Autotask.<BR>Works with a team to meet IT support metrics and Service Level Agreements.<BR>Maintains availability during scheduled on-call periods.<BR>Creates knowledge base articles and blogs as assigned. <BR>Participates in team meetings.<BR>Participates in required trainings and achieve and maintain IT-related certifications.<BR>Performs other related duties as assigned. <BR>Minimum requirements<BR>Experience with IT support in a healthcare environment required. An Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or a related area of study and 2 or more years’ experience in a related field. Additional education and certifications may be substituted for the experience requirement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional understanding of confidentiality. Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced, dynamic work environment. Must successfully pass a Washington State background check. Must be able to drive for work use, maintaining current driver’s license as well as the minimum state-required automobile insurance.<BR>Abilities required<BR>Ability to lift 50 pounds, drive for work use, sit and stand for long periods of time, ability to kneel and reach, and vision including focus adjustment. Occasional travel is required. </font></td>
