               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Duties:  Performs the full range of duties in connection with the servicing of vehicles and mobile equipment and performs minor maintenance work.<BR><BR>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:  General Experience:  Must have one year experience providing knowledge of performing a variety of duties connected with servicing vehicles such as dispensing gas, motor oil/additives, checking oil and water levels, tire pressure, anti-freeze, etc.  May substitute high school diploma or GED for this experience.  Must also have one year experience providing knowledge and ability to perform full range of duties in connection with servicing of vehicles and performing minor maintenance work.  Must be able to perform lube, oil and filter changes, replace shock absorbers, mufflers, and tail pipes; adjust and bleed brake systems; pack front wheel bearings and flush radiators.  Must be able to check fluid level in braking systems and power steering reservoirs.  Must be able to rotate, repair and replace tube and tubeless tires and inspect front end of vehicles for proper alignment, worn ball joints, replace spark plugs, ignition points and condenser, etc.  Must have valid driver license.  Must be able to interact with customers and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner, which includes adhering to NEX dress standards, and assisting support sales team members to the maximum extent possible.  Must be able to exercise tact, good manners and courtesy when assisting customers and fellow associates.  Must be able to deal effectively with others and have knowledge of store policies and procedures.  Must have command of the English language.  Must be able to follow both oral and written instructions.   PHYSICAL EFFORT:  Stands, works and climbs on vehicles to check oil and water. Occasional heavy lifting required in handling cans and drums of petroleum products.  Some bending, reaching, and working in awkward positions when performing work in lube pits or under car racks.  WORKING CONDITIONS:  Inside work generally done in areas that are dirty, oily, greasy; constant exposure to cuts, bruises and strains.  <BR></font></td>
