<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">SUMMARY:Under the general direction of the Supervisor of Food Services, performs skilled cooking duties and organizes food service activities for employees and visitors by performing the following duties.<BR><BR>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following.<BR>· Attendance, punctuality, and safe job performance are essential functions of the job.<BR>· Prepares food items as assigned by supervisor according to standard menus, recipes, and verbal instructions; prepare and cook vegetables, meats, and soups; prepare salads, quick breads, etc.<BR>· Operate standard cooking and kitchen equipment.<BR>· As assigned, operate dishwasher and ensure all dishes are cleaned daily.<BR>· Participate in the cleaning of utensils and kitchen equipment, work area, serving area and dining room to assure that standards of sanitation and safety are met. <BR>· As assigned, transport and serve food, clean lunch facilities daily and return leftover food to kitchen.<BR>· Properly store leftover food.<BR>· Inventory and maintain necessary supplies and goods for assigned meals.<BR>· As assigned, unload food upon delivery, store properly and rotate stock.<BR>· Demonstrate teamwork and harmony with co-workers and supervisor.<BR>· Rotation of deep cleaning tasks on a bi-monthly schedule.<BR>· Completes other tasks assigned by supervisor. </font></td>
