               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Grounds Maintenance person needed!   <BR>Landscape and maintain grounds of multiple properties using hand or power tools or equipment. <BR>Tasks may include any combination of the following: <b>Custom pruning,</b> sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, bed work, watering, pulling weeds, fertilizing, digging, raking, pressure washing, roof and gutter work. <BR><BR>Ideal candidate will have the ability to speak and understand English and have a clean appearance.  (Long hair must be pulled back). <BR><BR>This is a tobacco and drug free workplace. <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>* Valid Washington State driver license (may operate company vehicle)<BR>* Reliable, personal transportation<BR>* Ability to bend, kneel and reach for a continuous work shift<BR>* Ability to pass potential background check<BR>* Custom pruning <BR>* Ability to use variety of landscaping tools ie: mower, blower, edger, and other tools<BR><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Part-time hours, day shift may include some weekends<BR><BR><b>SALARY/ WAGE/ BENEFITS:</b>   <BR>$10.00 to $15.00 per hour, depends upon skill level<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE:</b><BR><BR>Candidates are encouraged to apply immediately.
